Introduction to Single Stage Gas Generator:
The single stage gas generator is a continuous water jacket structure for gas production. The air from the blower is mixed with 0.29MPa steam produced by the furnace body to form saturated air as the gasifying agent, which enters the gas furnace through the bottom of the gas furnace through a check valve; The lump coal is crushed and screened, with a particle size of 20-50mm, and then fed into the gasifier through a coal feeder. The gas from the products inside the gas furnace is transported to the user through the gas pipeline after passing through the gravity dust collector and cyclone dust collector for dust removal.
Structural characteristics of single stage gas generator:
Coal feeding section: A multi tube coal separation device is used to evenly distribute the incoming coal in the furnace. This section is also equipped with a practical and reliable coal level detector, which, in conjunction with the coal feeder, completes automatic coal feeding.
Dry distillation section: There are two types of furnace linings to choose from. One is a refractory brick lining, which has a fast construction speed and short drying time; Another type is the amorphous integral casting furnace lining, which has the characteristics of high heat transfer efficiency, good dry distillation effect, and easy maintenance, and its performance is better than that of refractory brick furnace lining.
Gasification section: Adopting a water jacket structure, self-produced steam is supplied to the bottom of the furnace for gasification.
Coal feeding mechanism: Adopting advanced domestic and foreign upper drum, middle insertion plate, and lower bell cover coal feeding mechanisms, it has the characteristics of simple operation, convenient maintenance, and good airtightness.
Ash cleaning mechanism: using ratchets, claws, and hydraulic double-sided ash removal, the large ash knife adopts a self-designed plow type ash removal knife, with smooth and reliable transmission and smooth ash removal.
